Elementor skills

k so here is my idear for elementor ^^
so elementor gets a buttload of skills but only a handfull thats usefull.
so here is my idear to make em all usefull.

for 1 i think the 1v1 elementor skills should have more damage
than the aoe skills to boost the use of 1 on 1 skills in pvp for instance

1v1 skills:
Firebird --------- 2x damage -25% water resistance 20sec
Stone Spear ---- 2x damage -25% wind resistance 20sec
Void ------------ 2x damage -25% fire resistance 20sec
Lightning Strike - 2x damage -25% earth resistance 20sec
Iceshark -------- 2x damage -25% lighting resistance 20sec

aoe skills are pretty much good as they are for lvling
i think some little changes are in order though

aoes:
Burningfield ---- increase time from 5 to 20 sec
Earthquake ---- +0.5x damage (only aoe without extra effects)
Windfield ------ windfield time fixed to 20 sec for pvp purpose atm mine lasts over 10 min
Electric Shock - good as it is
Poison Cloud --- dot damage same as cast damage

Meteo Shower - add fire element/no cooldown
Sandstorm ----- add earth element/no cooldown
Lightingstorm -- add lighting element/no cooldown
Blizzard -------- add water element /no cooldown

Master skill
Special int mastery - add +50%hp instead of +15 intel. (elementors lack hp a lot)

Arcanist skills
Spectral Javelin - 2x damage add fire element
Astral moon ----- 2x damage add wind element
EVA Storm ------ add lighting element
