[Help] Can't get in to the game

Hey there, My name is Yan.
I have problem with getting in the game, I get in the game folder Double-Click on the Patcher it's loading i press "Start" and then it's opening a window now and the window is whiteand I don't touch anything and then the window closes and nothing.
PLEASE HELP!!!

Note: I noticed that there isn't the file Neuz.exe .

Go to the folder, rename the file sjAH.dll to sjAH.exe

If still it wont work, try re extracting the client, both parts in to one folder. There could have some interruptions. Also, be sure you have fully downloaded both parts.

I tryed everything you said to do and it didn't works...

Did you downloaded both parts of the client and extract them with no errors?
I believe the reason why you are getting that is you are missing some files in your client
causing it not to load properly or not load at all. Check your error log and post it here.

Post your error log here from your Log folder located in your client.

Hello,

your problem is probably caused by the settings of game. Once you patch your patcher, click "options" on the patcher and set everything "low" or "near". Then click "ok".
That shlould help. If not, let us know.
